This is a video tutorial by Joshua Casper on how to fatter hip hop vocals using StereoSavage.
Vocals are usually recorded in Mono. StereoSavage allows you to easily make those mono vocal takes stereo with a number of unique and powerful FX features. In the video below, Joshua will show you how to spread that stereo field wide open, so much so, that it will sound like the vocalist did double and even triple takes on the track.
This technique is perfect for hip hop “double-ups” and for choruses, but I’m sure you can think of a ton of other uses for it too!
If you like the song used in this video tutorial, you will find all the loops, samples and even the acapella in the pack called “High Rollers & Slow Burners” on Loopmasters.
